Thursday - November 11 @ 11 a.m. - There will be a Veterans Day program at the Veteran's Memorial in Canton, Texas.
County Judge Don Kirkpatrick will be the speaker, at this event honoring those who have served their country.
The Veteran's Memorial, located in Canton, is an impressive tribute to Van Zandt County veterans (and all those who serve), with actual military vehicles displayed and a Gift shop/Museum.
There will be hot dogs and drinks served afterward in memorial's Gift Shop/Museum. Raffle tickets $5 each or 5 for $20 for AR-15 and FREE raffle items for veterans.
